Paper, which has accompanied man in his life for about 2000 years, is one of the simplest, most accessible and easily processed materials. At the same time, it has its own unique surface beauty, specific properties and processing technology.
In our product we use paper processing techniques such as: cutting paper with scissors and tearing it so that a loose edge is formed where the paper is torn. We will use a detachable external engagement “in the lock”, which will allow us to assemble and disassemble it without much damage to the product.

How beautiful it looks!
How beautiful is his mane!
The sun is shining in her!
The real king of beasts!
If he only growls,
Everyone will tremble in fear
And he falls silent, subdued...
Though beautiful, but menacing...

Templates for children

Step-by-step process for completing the work:
1. First, you need to trace the main structural details of the craft on cardboard according to a template (or print it on cardboard), and cut it out along the contour.

2. Then, from colored paper using the tearing method, we prepare strips of red, orange, yellow and brown colors. They will be needed to decorate the lion's mane.

3. Glue strips of one of the colors (in my case, brown) onto the cardboard base for the mane. We place the strips along the edge of the base on both sides.

4. Glue the next color row a little lower.

5. And so we glue the strips until we fill the entire surface of the base, with the exception of 1.5-2 cm from the edge of the cut.

6. We will randomly mark and cut out the tail on the cardboard.

7. We decorate the end of the tail with a brush from the same strips of colored paper.

8. We make the lion’s body more expressive using pastels.

9. We fasten the two resulting parts by connecting the cuts (groove to groove). The craft is ready.

10. King of beasts - the mighty Lion -
Companion to many queens.
Noble as a count
He has a stern disposition.
Yes, Leo has a lot of merits,
Only the hairstyle let me down.
All shaggy, that's the trouble,
Never gets a haircut.

10. It is convenient to store the figurine by folding two parts into one plane.

Thank you for attention.

Guys, today we are getting acquainted with the basic double square shape. It is very important here to draw clear fold lines, which makes each subsequent action easier. So, let's begin.

Fold the square diagonally twice. Then half in one direction and the other.

We open the square and see intersecting parallel and straight lines on it, fold a triangle.

As a result, a square and corners on the sides are visible in the triangle,

we hide the corners in the middle of the square, we get the “double square” shape. From this shape you can add different crafts.

Shakes his lush mane,

He carries his head proudly,

He is beautiful and dangerous

The king of beasts, he is very powerful.

Who is this king of beasts?

Guess quickly.

Quite right, lion. Basic form The double square is ready, let's start making the lion.

We bend the corner that does not open in a double square.

We cut the opposite sides from the corner and make a mane for the lion.

Bend the top corner down to create a mane around the entire head.

We draw eyes, nose, mustache and tongue with felt-tip pens.

At first glance, the work is very simple, but in fact it was not easy for the guys, but they did it all. The guys made funny lions.

Easter is one of my favorites traditional holidays. Unlike other religious holidays, Easter is quite fun party. A lot of.

Origami is a type of decorative and applied art that involves folding paper figures. Its roots go back to Ancient China, where paper was invented, but it developed in Japan. Origami was used in religious rituals, and mastery of the origami folding technique was considered a sign of good form. This art came to Europe and America after the Second World War, where it became widespread.

Almost any type of paper is suitable for folding origami. But the choice of material significantly influences both the manufacturing process and the final result of the fake. There is also a special paper for origami - “KAMI”. Sold in office supply or decor stores. The paper is multi-colored and comes in the form of special-sized squares.

The origami technique will be very useful for your child. It develops fine motor skills and spatial imagination. Through the process of folding origami, you will acquire new skills, and your child will enjoy spending time in an exciting and useful way.
