To make the cake I needed a base frame. For this I used an old one baby drum who has long since become old.

I took it apart and covered it with white album paper.

I cut the napkin into 4 parts. I screwed one part onto a handle and fixed it with PVA glue.

Then she began to pull the napkin towards the middle on both sides, did this in small sections, rearranging it with her fingers, and then carefully removed it from the pencil.

These are the tubes we got for the cake. I have 4 of them flowers: blue, white, orange and red.

Then I glued the tubes in a circle to the base. Here's what I got.

For the second tier I used a Raffaello chocolate box.

For this tier, I prepared double tubes.

I cut the napkin into 2 parts. I took 2 pencils and began to twist the napkin on both sides towards each other, fixed it with glue, and then began to pull it towards the middle, carefully removing it from the pencil. I glued the tubes to the base. The second tier is ready.

For the third tier, I used a frame from finished tape and covered it with multi-colored tubes of napkins.

We begin to assemble the cake, gluing the tiers together with PVA glue.

Decorate the cake with roses. I also made them from napkins.

Take a napkin, cut it in half, wrap it around a pencil, not reaching the edge by 3 cm, fix it with glue,
